He was on board the above ship on his way for Brazil when he tuned in the radio and heard the service from Valley and the Welsh singing. he was very pleased as he is from Cemaes himself and has been a carpenter on the ship for 4 years. He was a prisioner of war with A. jones who died not long ago. His mother was Welsh and his father English. He hopes to be home by next Sunday and be able to attend church. His wife sends him the Holyhead Mail to Avonmouth.
