MEMORANDUM: Robert Hughes, B & P, M.S.I. Co. Ltd., Bangor to Captain Robert Jones, c/o E. Jones & Co. Cardiff enclosing call receipts per his respective vessels. He regrets that Captain Jones thinks they have any objection to the "Lord Tredegar" - that is not the case. Their intention is to wind up the B. & P. Mutual Ship Insurance Co. and the Bangor Freight and Outfit Co., owing to the very great depression ins hipping. The Protection Society will be continued. The "Lord Tredegar" is duly covered and he sends a copy of rules. No policy is required.
