Scope and Content

LETTER: Comm. Sir R. H. Williams-Bulkeley, Bart., K. C. B. to Walter Jones requesting information about the North Wales Power Co. The writer has been in touch with the Co's head office in Caernarvon and is dissatisfied with its 'haughty' take it or leave it' attitude'. He enquires particularly about the Parliamentary sanction that he presumes was originally required and wonders exactly what the Co's obligations were in regard to supplying electricity to the public, as he feels he may want to utilies current at Home Farm, Llangoed in the near future.
