Scope and Content

LETTER: R. Williams-Bulkeley to Walter Jones. He has heard nothing further of 'the Holyhead trouble' so concludes that it is not yet time to appoint a new clerk to the justices. He has received many complaints about nude bathing and thinks the Chief Constable should be instructed to take measures to stop it, although he is uncertain of the legal position regarding indecency.
