DEED OF APPROPRIATION: of a perpetual yearly rent charges of £12. & £20 issuing out of hereditaments situate in Clive Street and Maynard Street, city of Liverpool. £12 created by an Indre date 8 Aug. 1878 between Robert James Jones, William Cockram. Issuing out all that plot of land situate in on west side of Clive Street, Toxteth Park nr Liverpool numbers 50 and 52. Also created by an Indre 8 Aug. 1878 between Charles Tomkins and Edmund Ashworth. Issuing out all that plot of land on north side of Maynard Street numbers 7, 9 and 11. All yearly future payments of the said yearly rent charge and full benefit of the covenants and conditions contained go to Frank Radford Ashworth and his heirs.
