DEED OF APPROPRIATION: Of a perpetual yearly rent charge of £170 issuing out of pre sub Queen Street and Union Street, the city of Liverpool. Of £170 which by an Indre dated 13 Feb. 1889 between David Chapman and Edmund Ashworth. That plot of land with the messuages or warehouses the north or north west side of Union Street and the south, south west of Queen Street. All yearly future payments of the said yearly rent charge and full benefit of the covenants and conditions contained go to Edward Lewis Ashworth and his heirs. Richard Redfern Ashworth , Eleanor Turner, Harriett Lewis Ashworth, Jane Ashworth, Hannah May Turner in fee simple from the trust of sale at £3910 and all other trusts and provisions.
