LETTER: E. Williams, Bryn Arfon, Brynsiencyn to [J. R.] Williams re the purchase of properties in Brynsiencyn and who the cheque should be made out to.

Enclosed: LETTER: Ellen Roberts, 2, Chapel Street to Mr Prothero re the oven in the house. She has been a tenant for 32 years and it has only been repaired once in that time. It is now beyond repair. She is a widow with only her pension and proposes paying for it out of this half years rent.
