Opinion: Counsellor D. Ellis

Scope and Content

OPINION: Counsellor D. Ellis: Mr William Lloyd: William Williams is dead and Mr Lloyd claims a moiety of his personal estate. I am of the opinion that under the circumstances stated Mr Lloyd is not entitled any part of the moiety of William Williams's personal estate until he settles upon his wife and the children of the marriage an estate equivalent to that which has been recovered against him.

Appended: Details of an indenture of lease dated 21st and 22nd December 1796
