Jones, Esquire of Bryn Cadnant, Menai Bridge that he sufficiently repair Castellmai in accordance with the terms of the lease agreement between Henrietta Wynne Jones of Glanseiont, South Road, Carnarvon and himself dating to 24th May 1899.
