Scope and Content

LETTER: Geo. Withers, treasurer, Liverpool to Rev. Jas Williams, Anglesey. The sum of £20, awarded by the trustees of the Liverpool docks has been paid to John Crosbie, surveyor to the Ocean Insurance Company, to whom a memorial was transmitted by the men employed in saving the crew of the Plutarch. He refers him to Mr. C. re the appropriation of the sums he may collect for the purposes of rewarding the individuals involved.
