DRAFT LETTER to the [?] of Holyhead re the need for a regular and cheap communication by steamer between Holyhead and Liverpool. It was calculated that the two places will keep a good steamer going regularly with good and passengers and pay a good profit. It was proposed to offer shares to the trades ? persons, and suggested that a public meeting be held.
