(i) The London and North Western Railway Company by Edward Mackie of Euston Station, London, their agent, agree to let and (ii) The Honourable and Reverend William Talbot Rice, Vicar of Parish of St Mary and David Mansel Glasbrook, John Legg, Peter George Iles and John Dyer, Churchwardens of said parish, to take 2 arches numbered 29 and 30 in Victoria railway viaduct at Swansea together with land adjoining. To hold as for yearly tenancy to commence from 24 Jun 1905 at yearly rent of £10.
