William Morris of the Parish of Cadoxton juxta Neath in the County of Glamorgan yeoman and Jennet his wife (which said Jennet was late the wife of John Jenkin late of the Parish of Cadoxton juxta Neath aforesaid, deceased who was the grandson and devisee named in the late Will and Testament of Jenkin David heretofore of Gellydorthlytha in the Parish of Cadoxtpn near Neath in the said County of Glamorgan, yeoman deceased) and Jenkin Jenkin of the Parish of Llantwit juxta Neath aforesaid yeoman (eldest son and heir of the said John Jenkin deceased by the said Jennet of the one part and 2. John Landeg of the Town of Swansea in the said County of Glamorgan, gentleman, of the other part. Lease for a year at a rent of one peppercorn of all messuages or tenement with the lands and appurtenances thereto belonging called Ynis Allan situate lying and being in the Parish of Llansamlet in the said County of Glamorgan nor or late in the occupation of Messrs.
