Deed of partition dated 29 May 1874: (i) John Jones of the Hafod Inn, St John-juxta-Swansea, victualler, (ii) Anne Howell of Swansea, widow: Release from (i) to (ii) of part of the Great Mysydd field measuring 96 feet by 79 feet with 6 houses on James Street, Swansea, and release from (ii) to (i) of a piece of land at Greenhill near the Old Gate House, bounded on the north and east by lands demised to John Owen and a footpath from Neath Road to the Cwm, and on the south and west by Neath Road and Llangyfelach Road respectively, together with 5 houses on Wells Street and two on Bridge Street; land measuring 1a 1r 36p at Caebadel, Swansea, with 7 houses built there and power to build an additional house; and land at Swan Street, Swansea, measuring 16 feet by 60 feet (further described in D/D Z 325/14).
