Together with messuage or public house erected and built thereon called Oddfellows Arms. And together with power for (ii), his executors, administrators and assigns to erect and build upon said parcel of land any messuages or dwellinghouse, stables or coachhouses with suitable outbuildings and conveniences thereto respectively.
