Case file for a fatal accident that occurred at Britannia Colliery on 1 Aug 1970. The deceased was stealing copper from overhead electricity wires at the colliery. Includes: typescript and manuscript notes of evidence taken at an inquest held on 10 Sep 1970 at Blackwood Magistrates Court; and associated correspondence.
