Case file for a fatal accident that occurred at Blaenant Colliery on 6 Jan 1976. Includes: a fatal accident report compiled by the National Coal Board, Mining Department, Safety Branch; plan of the accident site and plan showing supports in the Blaenant Colliery No.2 Rhondda Seam; and a National Coal Board issued booklet, ‘Blaenant Colliery, Setting and Withdrawal of Supports, Documents to be issued to workmen explaining the effect of the support rules’.
