Contains details of male and female patients, volume is arranged chronologically by date of death. Contains details of date of death, date of last admission, last serial status number in the civil register, general reference number, name of patients, sex, age, classification either private, service, criminal or rate-aided, status upon admission and at time of death either voluntary, temporary or certified, attack, duration of last attack, causes of death, whether followed by post mortem, aetiological factors, form of mental illness on admission and at death, and any observations, which can include details of County the patient is from.
