Each page contains debits and credits for an account and includes column headings entitled: date, folio of minute book, folio of corresponding credit, corresponding credit and items, totals, folio of corresponding debit, and corresponding debit and items. This volume contains the following accounts: maintenance account, enlargement account, water supply account, additions alterations and improvements (under £400) account.
