Has received his allowance and has had to take charge of it himself as his tutor is away, request to allow someone who is re-publishing Dr. Davies' Welsh dictionary and the Welsh Bible to look at his father's Welsh manuscripts, his sorrow at incurring his father's displeasure and hopes he may be able to make amends, need for a witness in a law-suit.
