In consideration of the expenses incurred by (i) in maintaining (ii) and Jane (nee Thelwall) his wife, in making a settlement on their marriage and in discharging debts of Sydney and Mary Thelwall, the sisters of the said Jane, (ii) releases (i) from various covenants and obligations.
