Deeds of mixed parishes (deeds relating to properties in single parishes are listed later under the parish) including the parishes of Brymbo, Derwen, Efenechtyd, Gyffylliog, Llanbedr, Llanfair Dyffryn Clwyd, Llanfwrog; Llanynys, Llanrhaeadr yng Nghinmeirch and further added to elsewhere making up the Coedmarchan Estate which was purchased from the Parry family in the late 1750s by John Myddelton. A dispute concerning a legacy deriving from the property involved the Kirkman family, famous harpsichord makers.
