Scope and Content

The United Commercial Travellers' Association was founded in 1883 (it was also known as the United Kingdom Commercial Travellers' Association). By 1911, a branch had been formed in North Wales, later becoming the Colwyn Bay Branch. In 1976, the Association merged with the Association of Scientific, Technical and Managerial Staffs.

Scope and content: minutes of Executive Committee; rough minutes; North Wales Life Governorship Association minutes; attendance register; cash account book; receipts and payments account book; receipts and accounts; applications for membership; general correspondence; Royal Commercial Travellers' School; printed rules and articles of association; printed annual conference minutes and reports; and books.
