Scope and Content

(i) The Right Hon. Edward Mostyn, Lord Mostyn.

(ii) The Hon. Thomas Edward Mostyn Lloyd Mostyn of Mostyn, co. Flint, MP.

For (i) to reside in the mansion house on the Mostyn Home Estate subject to the collateral charge on said estate of £1100; for (i) to deliver up possession of estate to (ii) when necessary; that all rents, royalties and proceeds from timber felled on said property together with profits from said property shall be apportioned between (i) and (ii); whilst (ii) remains single three fourths to (i), one fourth to (ii); upon marriage two thirds to (i), one third to (ii).
