(i) Thomas Newte of Gower Street, Bedford Square, co. Middlesex, and Hugh Powell of Aldersgate Street, London, esq.

(ii) The Rt. Hon. Thomas Harley of Berrington, co. Hereford, one of his Majesty's Privy Council and alderman of London, and Charles Cameron of Southborough, co. Kent, esq.

(iii) Andrew Berkeley Drummond and John Drummond of Charing Cross, Westminster, co. Middlesex, esqs.

(iv) Anne Lloyd of Pontriffith, co. Flint, widow of Bell Lloyd, late of Pontriffith, esq., deceased.

(v) Lumley Lloyd of Pontriffith, spinster.

(vi) Sir Edward Pryce Lloyd of Pengwern Place, co. Flint, Baronet., eldest son of Bell Lloyd, deceased.

(vii) Thomas Ince of Christleton, co. Chester.

Conveyance from (i), (ii), (iii) and (vi) to (viii) of capital messuage and lands called Pontriffith, in Bodfari, co. Flint, messuage called Tythin Awch in Cwm, co. Flint, and all other lands lately held by Bell Lloyd or in trust for him, in co. Flint, including farms called Plasmawr Farm, Tref abot, in Whitford, farm called Tyddin Hough, in Cwm, with all appurtenances, in trust to be sold, and surrender of the same by (vii) at request of (iv).

Consideration: £6222.18s.11d.

Also annexed: Letters of Attorney, 07 Aug 1800:

(i) Thomas Newte of Gower Street, Bedford Square, co. Middlesex, esq., now being at Ambleside, parish of Kendal, co. Westmorland.

(ii) Hugh Powell of Aldersgate Street, London, esq.

(i) appoints (ii) his attorney to seal and deliver the above indentures of lease and release.
