John Williams (Northop) to Rev. Mr. Eyton, vicar of Mold (No. 46 or 64 Poultney Street, Bath): Thomas Jones of Ridley wood in the borough of Holt had applied for a lease of lands held by Mr Pelyn. He, the writer, wished the lands to be let 'to the utmost' for the benefit of the schoolmasters of Nerquis and Treuddyn, who were to enjoy the rent after the twelve lectures were paid for.
