Scope and Content

(i) Phillip Twistleton clerk (one of the sons of George Twistleton late of Lleuar co. Caern. esq, deceased), George Twistleton of Lleuar eldest son of said George, and Mary Twistleton one of the daughters of said George the father.

(ii) Edward Lloyd of Kensington co. Middlesex, esq.

Reciting that George the father was seised of several messuages lands and water corn mills (specified) in parish of Mold; that by his will dated 10 Mar 1664/5 he bequeathed them to his wife Mary, mother of (i), in trust to sell; that she by her will dated 09 May 1676 declared that the profits should be equally divided between her five daughters and three younger sons, and bequeathed the premises to her daughter Mary party hereto; further reciting the will of John Twistleton late of Dartford co. Kent dated 21 Jun 1679 bequeathing a farm and mines in Mold, and the will of William Twistleton dated 23 Mar 1684/5 bequeathing all his real estate in co. Flint.

(i) now bargain and sell to (ii) one sixth part of messuages and lands devised by the wills of George the father and Mary the mother, and other lands in Mold (specified).
