(ii) Thomas Partridge of Nottingham, gent.

Mines of lead ore and calamy in thirty meers and a half of ground on the mountain or waste in the township of Mertyn Uwch Glan at the Old Golch Rake (map attached, showing shafts and intakes).

Term: 21 years.

Royalty: 25s. per ton of lead ore, boose and smythom, and 20s. per ton of calamine.
