Mines of lead ore and calamine in land at Pantypydew and Chwarel Wen, parishes of Holywell and Ysceifiog, co. Flint, containing 200 acres (map endorsed).

Term: 21 years.

Royalty: 20s. per ton of lead ore and 5s. per ton of calamine.
