Relating to properties in Burton, Wrexham town and Eyton with notes regarding the absence of any mention of a mill in Allington other than Marford mill and on the way lands were measured according to the laws of Hywel Dda; it refers to a fulling mill in Llay, water and corn mills in Gwersyllt and a new corn mill in Burton.
