Flint, with permission to erect weirs, etc., there, and another piece of waste land measuring 240 feet x 72 feet in a place called Yr Orsedd Goch adjoining the chapel of St Peter in Allington and the garden lying next to it, and the chapel and its garden and a moiety of a tenement and lands adjoining lately in the holding of William ap Madoc Fisher, David ap William, and Jenkin William, his son, with appurtenances in Burton and Allington, a tenement and 3 closes in Cobham Almor, co. Denbigh, at a place called Stryt Coch, one messuage and 5 closes called Cae yr ysgubor, Yr Acre Caled, Y Cafny and Gwern odre in Cobham Iscoed and a piece of waste land in the village of Gresford extending from the R. Alyn to the highway from Gresford to Llay and from a croft at a place called Y ffordd newydd to a wood called Le Parson's Wood and the glebe land in Gresford, and another piece of waste land in a place called Y talwrn glas adjoining the house of William ap Thomas ap Lewis within the hamlet of Honkley within Burton, and lands in the town of Holt, co. Denbigh, adjoining the burgage held by Thomas Painter towards Common Wood and a piece of land called Gilfach Blethyn and another in a place called Y ddy bull yssaphe [?ddwy pwll isaf], and 3 acres in Caemawr in Allington and a piece called Werglodd felin, all of which form part of the lordship of Bromfield and Yale and were formerly held by Sir William Stanley.
