Administrative / Biographical History
Edward Seymour Forster (1879-1950) was a 2nd Lieutenant, later Major, Special List (Cavalry), serving in Salonika, 1915-1918, and Constantinople, 1918-1919. He was mentioned twice in despatches. Later he became a Professor.
