From Edward Rooke in London to Joseph Fisher Snr informing him about the death of his son, Joseph on 27 Dec 1836 from Typhus Fever saying that ' his illness which was only of short duration, first became apparent about ten days previous and as it increased instead of abating he...obtained admission to Middlesex Hospital...he continued to get worse and was in a state of complete delerium until within about two hours of his Dissolution, when he was...perfectly collected'.
