Llandudno UDC first set up the Marine Drive bus service from the Town Hall to St. Tudno's Church and later included a route to T'yn y Coed Road in the winter months. A new bus service was established along the promenade in 1952 and later a service throughout Glanwyddan Valley.
In 1985 it was taken over by Crosville of Chester.
