Administrative / Biographical History
The sub-committee was composed of representatives of the parish councils or parish meetings of Thorne, Fishlake, Hatfield, Stainforth, Sykehouse and of the West Riding County Council. No minutes appear to have survived between June 1928 and January 1939. The sub-committee was reconstituted as part of the Goole Divisional Education Executive (see SE2)
