Administrative / Biographical History
The sub-committee was composed of representatives of the Wheatley Urban District, Barnby Dun parish council, Thorpe in Balne parish meeting, Doncaster Rural District and of the West Riding County Council. The sub-committee ceased to exist after October 1914, probably as a result of the amalgamation of Wheatley Urban District within the borough of Doncaster in April 1914
