Royal letters patent, appointing John Vanbrough, esq., as auditor of the south part of the Duchy of Lancaster in England and Wales below the Trent, other than in Lincs., Notts., Warwicks and part of Leics.
Letters patent to LeGros mentioned in 2 hereby cancelled, he having held the office at pleasure.
Vanbrough is to receive the rents and profits of the office at Lady Day and Michaelmas in equal portions as hitherto received by Thomas Trevor, knt., Thomas Trevor, esq., Richard Marryot, esq., John Knight, gent., or anyone else. The office is to be held at pleasure.
