Admission of Charles Carr of Heslington, wheelwright, following surrender made out of court on 11 January 1781 by Henry Myres of York, esq., and alderman, and Richard Hearon of York, tea and china man, as devisees in trust according to the will of Thomas Chadwick of York, surgeon, deceased.
Lands as in 9, the messuage described as having the Church Lane to the north, the house and garth of Mrs Catherine Key and a garth of William Oliver to the south, Heslington Gravel Field to the east, and the town street to the west.
Fine of £29 7s.
