Letter from Lieutenant Colonel Charles Doughty-Wylie to Gertrude Bell concerning the acceptance of his frontier line for Albania

Scope and Content

Concerning Charles writing from Florence, he reports his proposed boundary line has been accepted and that the work of the commission is almost completed. Condemns the jealousies which marred the process and records his own preference for 'good government' over details of frontier. Tells Gertrude that he will return to London by 20 Dec 1913.
