Hugh Tulloch (fl 1914-1960s) joined the Prisons and Police Service,Shanghai in 1939 but became a prisoner of war from 1943 to 1945. After theend of the Second World War he became Consulate-General of Shanghai,1945-1946, Assistant Superintendant, Prisons, Nigeria, from 1947 andSuperintendant from 1952. He was made Senior Superintendant, Sierra Leone,from 1956 and Deputy Director, Prisons, 1956-1961.
