This collection was found at County Hall and the Record Office outstore at Didcot during the Record Offices move from County Hall in 1999. It is uncertain whether these formed one or a number of collections before their discovery, but the decison has been made to catalogue them as one artifical collection. The collection was assigned acession number 4653 and was catalogued July-October 2006 by Hannah Jones and Alison Smith.
