Cornelia Cornish was (1806-1840) was HKC's youngest sister. In 1825 John Keble proposed marriage to her, and was turned down. Cornelia eventually married HKC's friend Henry Ryder, who

unfortunately seems to have suffered from mental illness during the 1830s. Eventually the couple separated.
