1.a) Charles Morley (as in 12D/21).

b) Francis Morley (as in 12D/21).

c) Edward Barry (as in 12D/10).

2. Michael Noble of the Middle Temple,

London, Esq.

PROPERTY: A Recognizance of a Statute

Staple of 1686, by which Edward Barry

was bound to pay Francis Morley the

Elder £4000.

CONSIDERATION: None.

COMMENTS: 1a and 1b assign their rights

to the above recognizance to 2 (who is

their attorney).

The deed has an endorsement dated 14

Aug 1700, which seems to be a further

assignment of the recognizance, but it

is largely illegible.
