Two exercise books, kept by trainee midwife, Sarah Shrimpton (1922), containing highly detailed notes on midwifery training, together with papers relating to the Central Board of Midwives Examination in London, comprising of a dated admission card, a sample of an exam paper (October 1922), a letter confirming the successful completion of the exam, and the certificate issued to Sarah Shrimpton by the CMB.
