Administrative / Biographical History

Established on 1 April 1994 from the amalgamation of the Oil and Chemical Plant Constructors' Association (MSS.91/OCP) and the National Engineering Construction Employers' Association (MSS.91/NECEA). In 2000 it had 300 member firms with eight regional offices in the United Kingdom.
