Manuscript letter, in which Hill, as Vice-President of The Ladies' Guild, asks for Owen's help in the operations of this endeavour, which she hopes will improve the "social influence" and general conditions of women. The letter is written on a blank page of a leaflet for The Ladies' Guild that details its intent, which revolves around womens' employment in glass decorations.
