Scope and Content

Manuscript letter in which Fox-Smith asks Owen if he can hold a meeting in his Rooms in two weeks' time. Fox-Smith is writing on behalf of the National Political Union. He says that they are a poor society and are anxious to increase their members, so he hopes that Owen will offer them his Rooms at a favourable rate.
