In this manuscript letter Macdaniel explains he leaves for America the following week and will be honoured to carry out any commands Owen may have. Macdaniel writes that he intends returning to England in September, but in the meantime Owen is invited to visit his wife in the country at Ash Cottage, Cranford Bridge, Hounslow.
