Manuscript letter from John Gadsby to Robert Owen concerning filling the pages of the Omnibus. Gadsby informs Owen that it has been suggested to him, by Rev J H Roebuck, that Owen and Roebuck should hold a debate for the publisher rather than writing an appendix. (Owen and Roebuck held a series of public discussions which were published by A Heywood in 1837).
