Scope and Content

Manuscript letter wishing Robert Owen happy birthday from he and his mother and expressing his regret that Robert Owen is away from London. Gibson says that his mother took great pleasure in reading Owen's son's letter in the New Moral World and congratulates him on the success of his colony. Gibson says that if Owen is visiting Paris that his Godfather Admiral Sir Sidney Smith would be pleased to meet him.
